Job title: Export Account Manager Role Summary: Drive international growth for premium beverage brands by acquiring, managing, and expanding a portfolio of distributors and partners across diverse markets. Build strong commercial relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate internally to ensure seamless export operations and brand visibility. Expactations: - Deliver measurable sales growth and market penetration in assigned territories. - Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. - Work independently, demonstrating initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Maintain consistent communication with cross‑functional teams (supply chain, production, finance). - Commit to frequent travel and relocation as needed to support market development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new international distributors and partners. - Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms while safeguarding brand integrity. - Monitor and analyze market performance, adjust strategies based on local dynamics. - Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns for specific regions. - Train and support distributor networks on product knowledge and sales tactics. - Coordinate order processing, shipment logistics, and export documentation with internal teams. - Attend industry trade shows to promote brand presence and generate leads. Required Skills: - Proven commercial acumen and negotiation proficiency. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships. - Analytical mindset for market trend identification and performance evaluation. - Self‑starter with goal‑oriented, results‑focused attitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, Marketing, or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverages. - Valid commercial travel capability and willingness to travel internationally.
