Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist Role Summary: Owns and executes B2B social media strategy to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X. Expectations: Drive measurable growth in audience size and engagement; translate analytics into actionable optimizations; collaborate cross-functionally to align content with marketing initiatives; deliver professional graphic and video assets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media campaigns for B2B audiences. - Create, schedule, and publish content, including graphics and videos, on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X. - Monitor impressions, clicks, engagement, and lead metrics; refine tactics to improve performance. - Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders. - Coordinate with marketing teams for trade show promotion, integrated campaigns, and content alignment. - Support graphic design and other marketing projects as required. Required Skills: - 3+ years managing social media for brands with demonstrable growth in followers and engagement. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). - Experience with content management and analytics tools (HubSpot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). - Solid understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and YouTube advertising objectives. - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Social media or digital marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Hootsuite or similar) preferred.
