Job title: DevOps Engineer
Role Summary:
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of a cloud‑native SaaS platform that manages passwords and secure document sharing. Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, cost efficiency, and security best practices.
Expactations:
- Deliver high‑availability, secure, and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing user base.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance, cost, and security bottlenecks.
- Own and advance DevOps processes to support rapid feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize GitLab‑based CI/CD workflows, including unit, functional, linting, Docker build, and deployment stages.
- Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Execute and refine Terraform infra‑as‑code for all cloud resources.
- Apply FinOps practices to monitor, explain, and reduce infrastructure spend.
- Implement disaster recovery plans (PRA) and enforce security controls across the stack.
- Automate testing, deployment, and configuration management to reduce manual touchpoints.
- Conduct regular threat and vulnerability assessments; keep the platform compliant with ANSSI‑certified standards.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to align on roadmap and technical priorities.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional DevOps experience in a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent) for automation.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost‑management tools.
- Experience with security practices (Vulnerability scanning, IaC auditing, GDPR/ISO/ANSSI compliance).
- Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in production.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Terraform Associate are preferred.
