Job Title: Junior Creative, Creative & Creator Role Summary: Support the creative development, concept ideation, and production of social‑first content for branded campaigns across social, digital, and video platforms. Work under a Senior Creative to translate brand objectives into culturally relevant storytelling, contribute to briefs, copy, visual references, and assist with pre‑production and execution. Expectations: - Minimum 6 months of agency, brand, or social media experience (internships, fellowships, or projects). - Portfolio showcasing social‑first branded content, paid media, and influencer work. - Strong written and visual storytelling skills. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). - Ability to create presentation decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote). - Detail‑oriented, multitaskable, collaborative, and adaptable to rapid platform changes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and write social‑first creative briefs for social, digital, and video touchpoints. 2. Stay current on emerging social trends, platform behaviors, and internet culture to inform content opportunities. 3. Identify and brief influencers/creators aligned with client goals; provide feedback on their concepts. 4. Assist with pre‑production planning, coordinate with senior creatives, producers, and talent teams. 5. Contribute to shoots and content development, including light physical tasks such as handling gear. 6. Actively participate in team brainstorms, bringing cultural insights and early‑stage ideas. 7. Lead smaller‑scale projects from concept through execution with guidance from senior creatives. 8. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure creative aligns with brief objectives and brand voice. 9. Prepare and support creative presentation materials for internal and client review. Required Skills: - Social media strategy & trend analysis - Copywriting and visual storytelling - Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) - Presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) - Multitasking and attention to detail - Collaborative team player with proactive attitude Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred. No specific certifications required.
