Job Description
**Job title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive territory sales performance by executing a strategic plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and related organizations. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators, positioning the company’s fundraising and related solutions as essential tools for athletic and activity programs. **Expactations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through prospecting, discovery, and closing activities. - Manage the full sales cycle with independence, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline metrics. - Represent the company at industry events and engage stakeholders both in‑person and digitally. - Continuously grow customer saturation and retention, adding revenue through acquisition. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a territory growth plan in collaboration with management. - Prospect new prospects, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored presentations. - Build credibility as an industry expert for athletic and organizational leaders. - Maintain accurate records and activity data in HubSpot or equivalent CRM. - Forecast sales, track pipeline health, and report progress to leadership. - Participate in coaching and onboarding activities, sharing best practices with peers. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in technology or service products. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to navigate rapidly changing environments and adapt strategies accordingly. - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). - Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Clean driving record. (No formal education beyond diploma is necessary.)
