About the Company

Kinda Dusty Ltd is a global producer of concerts and live theatre productions, producing over 600 performances each year.
We are a dynamic and ever-growing company that has built an outstanding reputation for producing world class entertainment both in the UK and internationally.
Our shows play at concert halls, cathedrals and number one theatres across the globe, reaching up to 15,000 patrons per week. We have excellent relationships with ATG Entertainment, who house our current roster of shows in 24 of their regional venues. In addition, we have productions in 13 Trafalgar Entertainment theatres and countless other major regional concert halls and theatres.
Since the conception of Kinda Dusty in October 2021, we have produced over 1,500 shows across four continents, and grown exponentially year on year. We look forward to developing new products and reaching new audiences into 2026 and beyond.


With a passion for the arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences, we are dedicated to captivating audiences and showcasing outstanding talent.
In 2023, we produced our first sell out tour of Australia and have returned every year since, we produced the first ever rock concert to be performed at the iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral and have been asked to return on May 28, 2025 with Fleetwood Mac by Candlelight, and we made our US debut at the world renowned Carnegie Hall, New York.
In 2025, we have completed major theatre tours across the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand for several of our shows and have also taken productions out to The Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi.

Job Title: Event Manager Role Summary: Senior production coordinator responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating live concerts and theatre events. Oversees venue logistics, artist support, schedule adherence, and client communications to ensure seamless event delivery and high client satisfaction. Expectations: - Deliver multiple events per month in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. - Maintain professional relationships with venues, artists, and vendors. - Meet performance metrics including on‑time schedule compliance, safety standards, and client feedback scores. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with venue staff to secure logistics and technical requirements. - Coordinate transportation of equipment by van, overseeing load‑in and load‑out procedures. - Provide real‑time artist support, ensuring clear communication of event timetables and requirements. - Assist with venue setup: numbering seats, staging candles, and arranging seating zones. - Enforce adherence to the event schedule by artists and staff. - Resolve any onsite customer queries or complaints swiftly and professionally. - Compile comprehensive post‑event show reports for production office. - Capture promotional content for social media platforms.
