Job Description
**Job Title** Regional Sales Partner – Orthotics & Bracing **Role Summary** Independent contractor responsible for selling DLS orthotic and bracing products to physiotherapy, pedorthic, chiropractic, and sports medicine clinics in Western or Eastern Canada. The role focuses on adding DLS solutions to existing client portfolios to create recurring monthly revenue streams using full digital ordering workflows and laboratory services. **Expectations** - Acquire new accounts and maintain recurring revenue through reorders. - Meet or exceed volume‑based commission tiers. - Deliver service‑oriented support while managing all sales activities independently. - Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to DLS management. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and present orthotic and bracing solutions to allied‑health clinics. - Leverage existing relationships to integrate DLS products into current offerings. - Manage account renewals and reorders, ensuring consistent revenue generation. - Utilize the digital workflow platform for seamless client ordering. - Collaborate with DLS pedorthic clinical staff for product education and patient outcomes. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. - Use CRM tools to document activities, forecast sales, and report performance. **Required Skills** - Demonstrated sales experience in the physiotherapy, pedorthic, chiropractic, or sports medicine markets. - Strong consultative selling, relationship building, and negotiation abilities. - Self‑directed, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as a contractor. - Proficient in CRM systems and digital ordering platforms. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health science, allied health, or related field preferred. - Familiarity with orthotics, bracing, or medical device sales. - Knowledge of pedorthic terminology and clinical practices is advantageous; no specific certifications required.
