**Job Title:** Project Manager - Member Experience **Role Summary:** Oversee full lifecycle of membership benchmarking projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance member experience. **Expectations:** - Manage end-to-end benchmarking initiatives, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. - Lead stakeholder coordination and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Translate data into actionable reports and presentations for diverse audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct benchmarking projects from need assessment to final deliverables. - Coordinate internal/external teams, member committees, and stakeholders. - Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to promote initiatives. - Maintain methodological standards and data quality compliance. - Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in project management (preferably in membership/association sectors). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), survey tools (Forms, SurveyMonkey). - Strong written/verbal communication, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Demonstrated project management experience; certifications (e.g., PMP) advantageous.
