Job title: System & Security Administrator Role Summary: Ensure uninterrupted operation, security and effective administration of the organization’s IT infrastructure, covering operating systems, virtual environments, identity & access management, backup, and network assets. Expactations: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in system, infrastructure, network and security administration; professional English (read/write); strong sense of responsibility, analytical ability, autonomy, teamwork, and priority management. Key Responsibilities: • Process support tickets (tier 1‑3) and provide end‑user technical assistance. • Monitor daily system health (alerts, logs, monitoring tools). • Manage backups: run, verify, and test restorations. • Maintain accurate IT documentation (procedures, processes). • Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux (SLES/Red Hat), and macOS. • Administer virtualized environments (VMware or equivalent). • Control identities and access: Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, MFA, LDAP, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams. • Manage cloud collaborative services and application deployments with version control. • Oversee hardware assets (workstations, mobile devices, printers) and inventory. • Participate in physical network infrastructure maintenance (cabling, patch panels). • Implement security policies, apply patches, analyze vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents (antivirus, EDR, proxy). • Handle physical site access (badges, alarms). • Contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations, and new environment integrations. • Write and update technical documentation for projects. • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3). • Propose technical and organizational optimizations; conduct regular cyber‑security and technology watch.
