**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant **Role Summary** Lead ERP implementation projects for international clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring alignment between client business needs and software functionality. **Expectations** - Proven experience in ERP deployment, with expertise in core modules (purchases, sales, inventory, finance). - Ability to act as a functional leader in implementation projects. - Adaptability to work in diverse client environments (SMEs, international enterprises) on end-to-end projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate client business requirements into functional specifications. - Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs. - Conduct integration testing and ensure solution compliance with project objectives. - Deliver user training and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve and customize solutions. - Manage project phases from planning to deployment. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - In-depth knowledge of ERP core modules (purchases, sales, finance, inventory). - Project management methodology. - Functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technical field. - Proven experience in ERP implementation projects. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
