Job Description

Job title: Senior Full Stack Software Developer (UK) Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end production features for core SaaS products, owning full‑stack development (frontend, backend, database) and driving technical quality across architecture and implementation. Expactations: • Own feature ownership from design through deployment in a live commercial environment. • Work independently while actively collaborating with cross‑functional teams (QA, UI/UX, Product Owner). • Influence technical direction through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship. • Deliver clean, secure, maintainable code, adhering to best practices and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features in PHP, JavaScript (NodeJS, React), HTML5, CSS3, SQL. • Own and enhance Induct & Train and Read & Sign applications. • Participate in agile sprint planning, estimation, and delivery (Jira). • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack. • Provide technical guidance and senior‑level input during scoping and architecture sessions. • Lead or contribute to code reviews, promote coding standards, and advocate for quality. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and create scalable solutions. • Support commercial and customer‑facing investigations as needed.
