**Job title** ERP & Applications Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end project management of application and ERP initiatives within an industrial setting. Define scope, technical specifications, and deliverables; coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams; ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost targets. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. - Manage tender processes and phase planning. - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and progress reviews. - Apply project management methods (Gantt, PERT, Pareto). - Monitor deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control. - Lead solution research, interface design, and data migration testing. - Oversee unit and business acceptance testing. - Communicate action plans, metrics, and blockers to stakeholders. - Conduct project status reviews and post‑implementation reviews. **Required Skills** - Project management (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality). - Experience with ERP and industry application environments: IFS, Armony, Squash, Talend, PowerPlatform. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Strong analytical, organizational, and relational skills. - Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. - Familiarity with Gantt, PERT, Pareto, and other PM tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 5 years of application/ERP project management experience in an industrial context. - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Lead transformation workshops, design roadmaps, configure and test solutions, deliver training, and support post‑go‑live. Collaborate with internal teams, drive skill development, and contribute to business development and innovation initiatives on global projects. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality consulting engagements in an international, client‑facing environment. - Build strong client relationships, understand complex business processes, and translate requirements into optimal SAP solutions. - Drive continuous improvement, share knowledge, and adhere to best practices and project standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Define transformation roadmaps and analyse client needs in Finance or Supply Chain contexts. - Configure SAP FI/CO or SD/MM/PP modules, conduct functional testing, and coordinate end‑to‑end solution delivery. - Design and facilitate business workshops to map processes, identify gaps, and co‑create fit‑gap solutions. - Provide training to client users and support post‑implementation activities. - Contribute to internal SAP community via knowledge sharing, case studies, and process improvement. - Participate in RFPs, proposals, and business development activities. - Drive innovation by evaluating new SAP features and recommending enhancements. **Required Skills** - Expertise in SAP FI/CO or SD/MM/PP, with deep knowledge of finance or logistics/industrial processes (incl.
