**Job Title** Sales Manager – Corporate Partnerships **Role Summary** Drive enterprise sales of resilience assessment solutions and certification programs to mid‑size and large organisations across Europe. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, building a robust pipeline and securing high‑value corporate contracts. **Expectations** - Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for new and expanded corporate accounts. - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and closed‑won metrics in the CRM. - Represent the organisation at key industry events and stakeholder meetings. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, engage, and close new corporate clients within HR, L&D, talent, wellbeing, and executive leadership segments. - Build and manage a pipeline of large‑account opportunities, leveraging existing professional networks. - Conduct consultative sales presentations and influence senior decision‑makers. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, delivery) to ensure client success and long‑term partnership. - Represent the brand at industry events, forums, and exhibitions across major European hubs. **Required Skills** - ≥5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in assessment tools, certification, training, HR tech, or professional services. - Proven track record of closing deals at senior/executive level. - Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Deep understanding of leadership, performance, wellbeing, and organisational effectiveness concepts. - Robust LinkedIn network (≥3,000 relevant contacts). - Fluent in French and English (verbal and written). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred. - Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger®) a plus. ---
