Job Description: **Job Title** Software Developer – Apprentice (M/F) **Role Summary** Assist the IT department in evolving business process flows around ERP and other information system applications. Conduct functional analyses, develop and maintain interfaces and reports, provide user training, and create documentation within a collaborative development team. **Expectations** - Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s) program in Computer Science or Software Development. - Dynamic, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team. - Basic professional experience (internship or previous apprenticeship) on ERP‑related projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze business processes and produce functional specifications. - Adapt, configure, or develop required functions/applications. - Design and implement interfaces between ERP modules and other software using appropriate technologies. - Create reporting tools for data validation and process monitoring. - Maintain and support existing applications and functionalities. - Train end‑users and assist them in adopting new solutions. - Produce and maintain functional documentation. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in object‑oriented programming languages (C, C++, Java). - Experience with QlikView, QlikSense, or advanced Excel for reporting. - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Cegid Orli, Sylob, Sage, Divalto, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce). - Ability to perform functional analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Strong communication skills for user training and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s) degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in ERP or software development projects (preferred).
