Job Description: Job title: Flutter Developer – Core Team Role Summary: Lead the technical core of a mobile app rebuild as a senior Flutter engineer. Drive architecture, code standards, and feature delivery while collaborating closely with product leadership. Expactations: - Publish high‑quality, maintainable Flutter code on iOS and Android. - Shape the product’s foundation, influencing technical decisions and long‑term roadmap. - Deliver new features rapidly in a fast‑moving startup environment. - Mentor and support growing core team through process definition and best‑practice adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain the Hush mobile application using Flutter. - Re‑implement legacy codebase and integrate new strategic features. - Design and enforce architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines. - Participate in systematic code reviews and maintain rigorous release processes. - Translate product specifications into robust, scalable implementations. - Collaborate with product owner to interpret requirements and deliver on time. - Spearhead team organization, including process refinement and onboarding future hires. Required Skills: - 4–7+ years of mobile development experience, with 2–3+ years in production Flutter. - Deep expertise in Flutter, reactive programming, and Riverpod state management. - Proficiency with Firebase services (Firestore, Storage, Auth, Cloud Functions). - Hands‑on experience with platform channels for native iOS/Android interactions. - Strong Git workflow, code‑review habits, and CI/CD implementation. - Familiarity with AI‑enabled development tools (e.g., Cursor). - Bonus: knowledge of CometChat SDK, Notion, Amplitude, RevenueCat, OneSignal. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - No mandatory certifications, but professional experience and portfolio of published Flutter apps are essential.
