**Job Title** Marketing Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead planning, execution, and delivery of creative, design, packaging, and marketing projects. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. - Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects on schedule. - Mentor junior project staff and contribute to continuous improvement of processes. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop detailed project plans (timelines, budgets, resource allocation). 2. Collaborate with creative, product development, regulatory, legal, operations, and sales to align deliverables. 3. Use Monday.com to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain dashboards. 4. Open new jobs, gather creative briefs and assets, and enter them into the system. 5. Assign resources, monitor day‑to‑day progress, and coordinate approvals. 6. Route creative assets through ProofHub, manage feedback cycles, and enforce quality control. 7. Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, facilitating handoffs, updates, and conflict resolution. 8. Track status, identify bottlenecks, generate status reports, and recommend process improvements. 9. Review final deliverables against brand and creative standards; archive completed projects. 10. Mentor the Project Management Coordinator and support team growth. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of marketing project management experience. - Proficiency with Monday.com and ProofHub (or comparable project tracking and asset management tools). - Strong organizational and scheduling skills. - Budgeting and resource allocation expertise. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Stakeholder management and conflict resolution. - Quality control and brand compliance focus. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
