Job Description
**Job title:** Reliability Engineer **Role Summary:** Design and implement proactive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and availability. Lead TPM initiatives, conduct FMEA analyses, and develop condition‑based monitoring strategies using CMMS and data analytics to support asset lifecycle management. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable improvements in reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. - Influence maintenance policies through data‑driven decision making. - Collaborate across engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. - Adapt to site visits and support on‑site troubleshooting when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. - Own and execute TPM activities, aligning with the asset performance roadmap. - Conduct FMEA studies to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks. - Implement and enhance condition‑based monitoring programs. - Analyze CMMS data to inform maintenance planning and resource allocation. - Support asset lifecycle planning and continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor team members on reliability concepts and tools. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of TPM, FMEA, and engineering problem‑solving methods. - Ability to interpret and apply maintenance data for decision making. - Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills. - Willingness to travel to the site as needed. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Mechanical or Electrical engineering background (NVQ/HNC/HND/Degree/Apprenticeship or equivalent). - Relevant certifications in reliability, TPM, or condition‑based monitoring are an advantage.
