Job Description: **Job Title:** NCR Associate **Role Summary:** Full‑time retail associate positioned in Northern Canada, responsible for operating cashier stations, stocking, merchandising and maintaining store operations across remote communities. Requires adaptability to varied store sizes, cultures and supply conditions while upholding excellent customer service standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality customer service and support store management. - Adapt to changing schedules, locations and operational challenges. - Demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving, and a commitment to the company's vision and mission. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate cash lanes, handle transactions accurately and securely. - Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing. - Identify and communicate stock shortages or ordering needs to management. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and staff. - Participate in virtual and in‑store training, absorbing new processes and products. - Assist in inventory control, barcode scanning, and shelf‑labeling. - Engage with customers to promote products and resolve issues efficiently. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal communication. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Physical stamina to lift heavy products and stand for extended periods. - Adaptability and resilience in diverse, remote community settings. - Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - No specialized certifications required.
