Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst – Tech (Senior) Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst in a Professional Services Delivery team, responsible for translating client business needs into functional solutions on an AI-driven change‑management platform. Engages in workshops, technical configuration, testing, and user adoption, ensuring alignment between client objectives and platform capabilities. Expectations: • Deliver end‑to‑end solution design from requirement capture to production release. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices on digital adoption and change management. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Data Integration, Technical Account Management, and Product teams. • Contribute to pre‑sales activities (demonstrations, prototypes) and partner enablement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct requirement workshops and elicit business objectives. - Draft detailed functional specifications and solution designs. - Configure platform features and coordinate with Data Integration for data flows. - Define test scenarios, execute functional UAT, and verify solution compliance. - Create and curate content within the platform to support user engagement. - Advise clients on strategy, adoption, and engagement metrics. - Escalate client feedback to Product and propose enhancements. - Participate in pre‑sales demos and partner functional support. Required Skills: - 5–7 years experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or SaaS functional consulting. - Strong analytical, documentation, and formalization abilities. - Deep understanding of digital adoption, marketing, and organizational change. - Proficiency with SaaS platforms and digital tools (CRM/ERP familiarity preferred). - Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management. - Ability to work independently, maintain rigor, and collaborate across teams. - Proficient in English; additional language skills welcome. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) are advantageous.
