Job title: Head of Marketing
Role Summary: Lead the global marketing strategy and execution for a hospitality group, driving brand visibility, desirability, and revenue across multiple international properties. Own the development and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, digital and CRM initiatives, and brand communication, while managing a diverse marketing team and external partners.
Expactations: 7+ years of marketing experience with international brands; strong design and lifestyle focus; proven analytical and execution skills; bilingual in English and French; capacity to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
• Develop, schedule, and launch integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand desirability and customer loyalty.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize budgets and tactics.
• Manage the marketing calendar in collaboration with operations, sales, brand, and PR teams.
• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary marketing team (CRM, communication, graphics, social media, etc.).
• Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support talent development and recruitment.
• Develop and oversee the CRM strategy, loyalty programs, and data‑driven customer segmentation.
• Direct digital marketing activities (SEO/SEA, website, paid media, social media) and ensure alignment of digital tactics with brand goals.
• Implement and manage marketing technology stack, including attribution, analytics, and reputation management tools.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
• Conduct market benchmarking and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Manage internal communications (newsletters, announcements) and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
