B2B Sales Partner – Enterprise SaaS (Commission‑Based)
Role Summary
Entrepreneurial sales professional responsible for generating and closing mid‑market and enterprise sales of a document intelligence platform targeting government, banking, real‑estate, insurance, and logistics sectors. Operates independently with a fully remote, commission‑only compensation model, earning uncapped revenue through pilots, annual contracts, renewals, and expansions.
Expectations
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in pilot and enterprise categories.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within defined verticals.
- Demonstrate high‑value value proposition, converting insights into signed agreements.
- Generate recurring revenue through renewals and account expansions.
- Leverage existing network of system integrators, cloud resellers, and procurement contacts.
- Provide feedback to leadership on regional market strategy and sales collateral effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect decision‑makers (IT Directors, CTOs, VPs of Operations, CDOs, etc.) via cold outreach, inbound leads, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and ROI presentations emphasizing context‑aware extraction, workflow automation, and continuous learning.
- Negotiate pilot agreements ($5K‑$10K MRR) and enterprise contracts ($10K‑$20K+ MRR).
- Close deals, finalize contracts, and coordinate implementation hand‑off with product and support teams.
- Manage renewal and expansion negotiations, securing recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, pitch decks, and content assets.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy meetings with the founding team.
Required Skills
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (2+ years) with a record of closing mid‑market and enterprise deals.
- Experience selling technology solutions to government agencies, banks, insurance carriers, real estate firms, or logistics providers.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to articulate complex AI/ML capabilities and ROI to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable with commission‑only compensation.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in SaaS sales or AI/ML fundamentals are a plus but not mandatory.
