Job Description: Job Title: Business Data Analytics Intern Role Summary: Assist senior leadership in improving data organization and developing predictive models to identify market growth opportunities across product and service lines. Expactations: High‑quality, advanced student on a part‑time basis. Work closely with CEO, CFO, accounting, and finance teams; present findings to executives. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and apply classroom theory to real‑world challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Clean, structure, and maintain datasets from multiple business functions. - Build and test predictive analytics models for economic conditions, supply‑demand shifts, manufacturing scenarios, tariffs, and competitive activity. - Forecast outcomes under varying scenarios and evaluate impact of strategic decisions. - Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to integrate financial data. - Prepare concise reports and presentations for executive review. - Operate remotely with occasional onsite presence for collaboration and presentations. Required Skills: - Advanced mathematics and statistics. - Proficiency in predictive modeling techniques (regression, time‑series, machine learning). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Data manipulation skills (SQL, Python, R, Excel). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leaders. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field. - Coursework in statistics, predictive modeling, and data analytics. - No mandatory professional certifications required.
