Job Description: **Job Title:** Treasury Accountant (Comptable Trésorerie) **Role Summary:** Temporary (minimum 3‑month) full‑time position supporting the Finance team of a multinational group. Responsible for managing day‑to‑day treasury activities—including supplier payments, customer collections, bank reconciliations, and cash monitoring—while collaborating with internal functions such as sales administration, accounts payable, general ledger, procurement, and payroll. **Expectations:** - Work autonomously with a high degree of organization. - Demonstrate rigor, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. - Show dynamism and a proactive attitude. - Communicate effectively and cooperate within a multidisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Process and record supplier invoice payments. 2. Post and reconcile incoming customer payments. 3. Perform daily bank reconciliations and account lettering. 4. Enter all bank transactions and maintain cash‑handling records (petty cash, cash forecasts). 5. Support cash flow monitoring and reporting. 6. Liaise with internal departments (sales administration, AP, general accounting, procurement, payroll) to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies. **Required Skills:** - Solid foundation in accounting principles and treasury operations. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. - Proficiency with accounting/ERP software and Excel. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Capacity to work independently while contributing to a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management; higher qualifications preferred. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
