Job Description

Job title: Continuous Improvement Manager Role Summary: Lead and execute Lean and operational excellence initiatives across multiple automotive manufacturing sites to drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. Expectations: - Deploy global and regional excellence roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. - Translate plant challenges into data‑driven improvement projects with clear P&L impact. - Build a sustainable Lean culture through training, coaching, and workshop facilitation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and roll out operational excellence roadmaps for multi‑site operations. - Lead continuous improvement projects (value‑stream mapping, line balancing, flow optimization). - Implement performance management systems and cost‑deployment frameworks. - Conduct benchmarking and identify best practices for cross‑site implementation. - Partner with plant leadership to align strategy and improvement activities. - Monitor project outcomes, ensuring measurable, sustainable results. - Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge sharing across sites. Required Skills: - Expertise in Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive actionable insights. - Proven project management and multi‑initiative leadership. - Ability to influence plant leadership and manage cross‑functional teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical discipline. - 7–10+ years of experience in multi‑site manufacturing (ideally automotive or industrial). - Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred.
