Job Description: **Job Title** Tech Lead – Full Stack PHP & Vue **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end migration and modernization of a large platform, guiding a small engineering team while actively contributing to development and integrating AI‑assisted tools. **Expectations** * Deploy and maintain scalable, event‑driven microservices on AWS Serverless. * Champion best practices in PHP, frontend, and AI tooling integration. * Deliver high‑quality code on a two‑week/month hybrid schedule. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and implement platform migration strategy. 2. Oversee a squad of 2–3 engineers, providing mentorship and code reviews. 3. Develop core application components in PHP and Vue.js. 4. Integrate Claude or Copilot for AI‑assisted development workflows. 5. Design and manage AWS Serverless deployments (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.). 6. Ensure robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring. 7.
