Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Electrical Component Distribution **Role Summary:** Lead sales activities for electrical components (sensors, switches, relays, connectors) across France, expanding customer base and driving revenue growth for aircraft, military, medical, transportation, EV, industrial, and e‑mobility sectors. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales targets and achieve high customer satisfaction. - Expand product penetration and market share within designated regions. - Build and sustain long‑term partnerships with key accounts. - Contribute to strategic planning and market intelligence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow relationships with current customers in Paris and wider France. - Identify and secure new business opportunities within defined industry verticals. - Serve as product expert for electro‑mechanical components and accessories. - Collaborate with senior sales leadership on forecasting, quota planning, and pipeline development. - Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and negotiations to close deals. - Coordinate with logistics, pricing, and support teams to ensure delivery and service excellence. - Travel as required across the region to meet clients and attend trade events. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of electrical components (sensors, switches, relays, connectors, accessories). - Fluency in French and English (verbal & written). - Proven B2B sales experience in distributor or manufacturing environments. - Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans. - Comfortable traveling within France for client visits. - Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and collaborative team player. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or related field. - Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable. - Relevant sales or technical certifications preferred but not mandatory.
