Expectations: • Deliver consistent new business and market development. • Achieve sales targets and maintain healthy pipeline. • Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships. • Accurately track sales activity, invoices, and payments. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across designated regions. • Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations of product range to potential buyers. • Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and upselling. • Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues. • Monitor and follow up on invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate accounting. • Update CRM and sales reporting tools with accurate account information. Required Skills: • Proven experience in commercial prospecting and lead generation. • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. • Customer retention and marketing strategy implementation. • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently. • Comfortable traveling to cover multiple territories.
