Job Title: Commercial Representative – Pharmacies (Paris/Seine‑Maritime) Role Summary Drive the launch and expansion of a premium natural cosmetics line in Parisian and Hauts‑de‑Seine pharmacies. Focus on prospecting, sales, and training to meet aggressive open‑store targets. Expectations - Achieve an annual single‑store opening rate of 100 new pharmacies by end‑2026. - Grow sell‑in and sell‑out volumes to meet established targets. - Operate autonomously with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and shortlist potential pharmacy partners across Paris and Haut‑de‑Seine. - Conduct negotiations, close agreements, and secure sell‑in commitments. - Develop and maintain an active portfolio of pharmacy accounts. - Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams. - Plan and execute in‑store activation events, promotions, and challenges. - Report on sales metrics and forecast activity to management. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of commercial prospecting experience in pharmacy or related sector. - Strong field‑sales ability and confidence in navigating retail environments. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self‑motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of autonomy. - Passion for beauty, women’s health, or related lifestyle products. Required Education & Certifications - Valid French driving licence (B). - (Any relevant tertiary education in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.)
