Job Title Software Developer Role Summary Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Manage source code and build processes using GIT and Maven to ensure high‑quality, reliable products. Expactations • Master’s degree in Engineering Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or Information Technology. • Minimum one year of practical experience with GIT and Maven. • Flexibility to work at unanticipated sites as needed; telecommuting permitted. • No travel required for duties. Key Responsibilities • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in relevant programming languages. • Commit code to version control, resolve merge conflicts, and adhere to branching strategies. • Build, package, and deploy applications using Maven for dependency management and build automation. • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing; troubleshoot defects and performance issues. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies. • Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and deployment procedures. Required Skills • Proficient in GIT and Maven. • Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or equivalent). • Solid grasp of software development life cycle and best practices. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings. • Problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
