Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Freelance) Role Summary: A freelance Sales Development Representative who builds and retains a portfolio of startup, SME, and scale‑up clients. Drives the entire commercial cycle—prospecting, consulting on HR needs, presenting and closing recruitment solutions from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with recruitment experts to ensure client success. Expectations: - Proven drive for commercial challenges and new client acquisition. - Strong consultative listening and needs‑analysis skills. - Mastery of B2B sales, negotiation and client retention. - Digital fluency: CRM, social media, and online prospecting tools. - Team‑oriented mindset with a continuous improvement attitude. - High adaptability, creativity, and autonomy in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with a targeted portfolio of startups, SMEs, and scale‑ups. - Conduct needs assessments with client leaders and map out their recruitment and HR strategies. - Propose and sell tailored recruitment solutions, covering sourcing to onboarding. - Manage the full sales funnel from initial outreach to deal closure, reporting pipeline metrics. - Coordinate with internal recruitment experts to deliver high‑quality service and project outcomes. Required Skills: - B2B sales experience and proven closing record. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other digital prospecting tools. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Self‑motivation, resilience, and a collaborative spirit. - Optional: experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or service sales.
