Job Description
**Job Title:** Broadridge Impact/Gloss Implementation Consultant **Role Summary:** Technical‑functional consultant specializing in Broadridge Impact (and Gloss) who will lead platform upgrade activities, support UAT testing, resolve issues, and provide user support across operations, compliance, and technology teams. Must blend functional knowledge of post‑trade processing for fixed‑income securities with technical skills in SQL, data analysis, and debugging. **Expactations:** - Deliver functional and technical assistance during platform upgrades and UAT. - Map business processes to Impact workflow and propose enhancements. - Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution and user support. - Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders. - Work in a hybrid model with a strong preference for on‑site presence in New York. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute and coordinate Impact/Gloss platform upgrade tasks. - Support project teams during UAT, validate test cases, and document results. - Diagnose and resolve production issues related to clearing, settlement, custody, P&L calculation, stock ledger, and factor/rate adjustments for Fixed Income instruments (MBS, CLO, etc.). - Develop and run database queries; create use‑case scenarios for business requests and minor enhancements. - Translate business requirements into Impact business flows and configurations. - Maintain documentation of processes, changes, and support procedures. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of Broadridge Impact (and Gloss) for Fixed Income processing. - Strong understanding of post‑trade lifecycle: clearing, settlement, custody, P&L, ledger, and rate adjustments. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; ability to write and troubleshoot queries. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capacity to map business processes to system workflows. - Experience supporting cross‑functional teams (operations, compliance, technology). - Effective communication and documentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or Broadridge-specific training) are a plus but not mandatory.
