**Job Title:** Junior Brand Manager
**Role Summary:**
Support and execute brand strategy for assigned products in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. Collaborate with cross‑functional and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, pricing initiatives, and packaging solutions that meet revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable business results within 1–2 years of experience.
- Own brand performance, contribute to P&L management, and propose growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate agility, analytical rigor, and creative problem‑solving.
- Build and influence stakeholder relationships across functional and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Execute brand strategy plans for designated products.
2. Develop product and packaging initiatives that support positioning and lifecycle goals.
3. Implement pricing strategies aligned with market and profit targets.
4. Plan, coordinate, and measure integrated marketing communications, media, and 360° campaigns.
5. Analyze performance using internal P&L, EPOS, shopper and consumer data, Nielsen, and Kantar.
6. Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve brand execution and profitability.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies for ATL efforts and creative delivery.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, R&D, finance, supply chain) to execute market readiness and product launches.
9. Monitor and report on key business metrics and campaign outcomes.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the marketing organization.
**Required Skills:**
- 1–2 years in a brand management, ABM/JBM, or FMCG matrix environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L experience.
- Analytical skills; ability to interpret and act on EPOS, Nielsen, Kantar, and consumer data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, storytelling ability.
- Strategic thinking; translate insights into actionable business initiatives.
- Project management, innovation, and ability to manage agency partnerships.
- High personal ownership, self‑direction, and influence ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability, learning agility, and high work ethic in a dynamic setting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Marketing Analytics, Brand Management, or P&L management are a plus.
