Job Description
**Job Title**: Ecommerce Coordinator **Role Summary** Support day‑to‑day trading, optimisation and technical maintenance of an e‑commerce website for a fashion brand. Coordinate onsite trade changes, localisation, CRO trials, search and merchandising optimisation, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver a high‑performing digital experience across multiple markets. **Expectations** - Deliver timely and accurate onsite trade updates in line with customer behaviour and commercial priorities. - Maintain the integrity of the website through regular audits, bug management and swift issue resolution. - Provide data‑driven insights and performance reporting to inform senior stakeholders and support decision making. - Execute the digital roadmap, CRO road‑maps and promotional launches in partnership with the senior manager and agencies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead onsite trade change implementation and ownership of market localisation (US focus and other key markets). 2. Conduct routine site walks, flag issues, coordinate fixes and confirm completion. 3. Pull and analyse data for weekly trade meetings, post‑launch reviews, A/B tests, monthly reports and ad‑hoc requests. 4. Manage bug logging, tracking, testing and resolution with development agency. 5. Build and oversee a CRO A/B testing roadmap; launch tests via CRO platform, report outcomes and roll out new site features. 6. Develop and maintain onsite search and visual merchandising (VM) strategies aligned with trading initiatives. 7. Partner with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, CRM and other internal teams for smooth execution of changes. 8. Manage SEO agency relations, ensure implementation of recommendations, monitor performance and report insights. 9. Plan and launch promotional periods, aligning on‑site messaging with marketing sends and commercial objectives. 10. Supervise E‑Commerce Assistant, oversee product launch process, brief site content, and provide training and mentoring. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion. - Strong analytical skills with data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. - Technical proficiency in 3rd‑party platforms, CMS, CRO tools, and basic HTML/CSS. - Experience managing A/B tests, CRO platforms and bug lifecycle. - Excellent organisational, detail‑orientation and time‑management abilities. - Collaborative mindset; adept at working with cross‑functional teams and agencies. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field (preferred). - Certifications in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or CRO tools are an advantage.
