Job Description: Job title: Commercial Advisor (Sales Consultant) Role Summary: Partner with independent pharmacies across the Nouvelle Aquitaine region to boost their business performance and promote group services. Act as a field representative, providing strategic sales support, training, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen the network. Expactations: - Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the group. - Maintain regular on‑site visits to pharmacy partners, delivering consultative support, and building long‑term relationships. - Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the pharmacy sector. - Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement targeted commercial campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and retain a portfolio of pharmacy partners. - Promote group services, solutions, and partnership opportunities to clients. - Advise pharmacies on commercial practices to enhance sales and profitability. - Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing operations. - Analyze performance data and propose improvement plans. - Organize and lead network activities, including meetings, training sessions, and events. Required Skills: - Sales and BtoB experience, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare markets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of initiating actions independently. - Ability to travel within the regional area. - Comfortable and proactive in a field‑based commercial environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Commercial or business‐related education; equivalent professional experience accepted. - No mandatory certifications required.
