Job Description: Job title: Senior Analysis Engineer Role Summary: Deliver offshore renewable energy analysis across all project phases, focusing on cable lay, dynamic cable design, cable protection systems, and mooring design. Lead technical work, produce high‑quality reports, and mentor junior engineers. Expectations: Produce autonomous, accurate analysis outputs; maintain client‑aligned project delivery; proactively support proposals and ITT responses; communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and complete cable lay modelling, dynamic cable design, CPS modelling, and mooring system analyses. - Use OrcaFlex as primary tool; knowledge of UFLEX/Helica and Python ok. - Mentor and upskill junior engineers. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project and client standards. - Contribute to technical proposals and support ITT responses. - Provide technical/written input on related subjects such as port studies or floater design. Required Skills: - 5+ years engineering experience (Chartered Engineer preferred). - Strong proficiency in OrcaFlex analysis processes and offshore construction workflow. - Demonstrated experience in cable lay, CPS installation, dynamic cable design, mooring design. - Excellent report‑writing and technical communication. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines. Required Education & Certifications: - Engineering or Naval Architecture degree (relevant discipline). - Chartered Engineer status (preferred).
