**Job Title:** Founding Engineer (Full Stack / Web3) **Role Summary:** Lead design, development, and scaling of core product systems across backend, mobile, and blockchain layers. Own critical infrastructure, set engineering standards, and shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing startup while mentoring future team members. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality features on time with strong focus on performance and user experience. - Balance speed, reliability, and maintainability across multiple technologies. - Engage in technical decision‑making, long‑term architecture planning, and workforce growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. - Develop mobile experiences with React Native (Expo). - Deploy and audit Solidity/EVM smart contracts for on‑chain functionality. - Define engineering standards, architecture, and development best practices. - Own critical systems and infrastructure on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform. - Scale product performance and reliability to meet rapid growth demands. - Participate in hiring, mentoring, and guiding new engineering hires. **Required Skills:** - 3–5+ years building and shipping production software. - Full‑stack expertise: Node.js, TypeScript, React Native, Solidity. - Proven ability to design scalable, reliable systems in fast‑paced environments. - Strong product mindset with focus on performance, UX and data‑driven decisions. - Familiarity with cloud (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform). - Excellent communication, problem‑solving and rapid learning ability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications specified.
