Job Title: AI Manager (Prompt Engineering & Automation)
Role Summary: Lead design, prototyping, and deployment of AI‑driven workflows, focusing on prompt engineering and automation to enhance operational efficiency across multiple business units. Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate evolving AI tools into production‑ready solutions.
Expectations: Rapid experimentation, systems thinking, and the ability to deliver scalable, maintainable AI solutions. Requires strong technical fluency, proactive collaboration with engineering teams, and a creative, results‑oriented mindset. Flexible to work across time zones, preferably aligned with GMT‑7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI‑driven automation for business processes.
- Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks for large language models (LLMs).
- Prototype, test, and deploy AI applications and internal utilities in fast cycles.
- Build API‑based pipelines and orchestration flows connecting LLMs to business systems.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, models, and platforms.
- Architect scalable AI workflows, including chain‑of‑thought, agent‑based, and multi‑step reasoning.
- Implement monitoring, testing, and performance metrics for AI systems.
- Document prompt libraries, workflow designs, and integration architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Required Skills:
- Expertise with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- Advanced prompt engineering (structured, chain‑of‑thought, system prompts, output control).
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript for AI integration workflows.
- Experience in automation using orchestration tools, scripting, and workflow platforms.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent‑based AI.
- Ability to prototype AI solutions rapidly and evaluate trade‑offs among models, APIs, and architectures.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
- Collaborative experience with software engineers, data engineers, or product teams.
