Job Description
**Job Title** Email Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary** Responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns across North America, driving engagement, retention, and revenue. Collaborates with global teams to maintain brand consistency, manage segmented audiences, and develop automated customer journeys. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality copy and design that aligns with brand voice. - Analyze performance data to inform testing and audience refinement. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and CRM hygiene standards. - Coordinate with international stakeholders across multiple time zones. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, schedule, test, and deploy segmented email campaigns. - Construct and optimize automated journeys (welcome series, re‑engagement, nurture). - Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content blocks, send times, and segments. - Maintain audience lists, ensuring accurate segmentation based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage. - Produce campaign reports, extracting insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand‑aligned messaging. - Support high‑volume, segmented campaigns in partnership with CRM Manager. - Uphold data privacy compliance and CRM hygiene practices. **Required Skills** - Strong copywriting and editing ability, focus on conversion. - Detail‑oriented with consistency in brand voice. - Proficiency in CRM segmentation and customer journey mapping. - Data‑driven mindset; comfortable interpreting analytics to optimize campaigns. - Knowledge of digital marketing and email best practices. - Experience with Emarsys and Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and across global teams. - Passion for travel and storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in email marketing (minimum 2–3 years). - Certifications in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing preferred.
