Job title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
Provide end‑to‑end development, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Lead release cycles, integration, and security compliance while mentoring the development team and driving best practices.
Expectations:
- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- 4 + years with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, HTML5, JavaScript.
- 5 + years Service Cloud, 3 + years Lightning/LWC, 2 + years API integration and SSO.
- Demonstrated use of SFDX, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle and communicate technical concepts to executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Own release management, code deployment, and post‑deployment maintenance.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow configurations.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth authentication, Batch and Scheduled Apex.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance with organizational and SOM guidelines.
- Produce and enforce internal coding, testing, and documentation standards.
- Mentor team members, plan training for smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
- Collaborate with architects, technical managers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Oversee data migration, quality, and integration across cloud/on‑prem systems.
Required Skills:
- Service Cloud & Experience Cloud expertise.
- Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.
- Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
- REST/SOAP API design and integration, OAuth, SSO.
- Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex.
- SFDX, version control, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Data migration, data quality management.
- Security best practices and compliance awareness.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).
- Salesforce Administrator (mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience permissible.
