**Job title:** Marketing Associate (Contract‑to‑Hire)
**Role Summary:** Execute and manage IDEO’s owned social media, content, and digital marketing programs across multiple global studios. Develop and track marketing strategies, create and publish engaging content, and measure performance to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
**Expectations:**
- Contract‑to‑hire, 40 hrs/week with potential transition to full‑time.
- Hybrid work model: remote with required in‑person presence for scheduled studio meetings and events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement creative social media strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other owned channels.
- Build, maintain, and deliver content calendars in collaboration with Editorial, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Monitor channel performance, moderate community engagement, and assist with reputation management.
- Produce photography, video, and edited assets of studio activities for marketing collateral.
- Manage content publishing and integration across HubSpot and the company website.
- Explore and propose emerging platforms (YouTube, Reddit, Substack, AI‑driven tools) to expand reach.
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform content and engagement tactics.
- Track and report on key metrics (brand awareness, lead generation, engagement) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sprout Social, etc.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in social media strategy and community moderation, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong social writing, copy editing, and content creation capabilities.
- Experience with B2B service marketing, lead‑gen tactics, and thought‑leadership content.
- Knowledge of digital analytics, reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with publishing platforms, brand monitoring, and public‑relations basics.
- Self‑starter with excellent project management, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable with hybrid work and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Additional familiarity with HubSpot, Sprout Social, Slack, Notion is advantageous.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media (preferred but not mandatory).
