Job Description
Job Title: Junior E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Associate Role Summary Support end‑to‑end management of a luxury e‑commerce platform, blending Shopify site operations with digital marketing execution. Deliver accurate product data, engaging landing pages, and data‑driven insights to optimise paid media performance and overall revenue growth. Expectations - 1–3 years of e‑commerce or digital marketing experience. - Proficient in Shopify backend functions (product uploads, metafields, collection building, QA). - Strong grasp of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and analytics dashboards. - Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and growth‑oriented. - Experience in luxury, fashion, or DTC brands is a plus. Key Responsibilities **Shopify & Site Management** - Upload products and variants, set metafields, apply tagging. - Maintain PDP accuracy: imagery, video, pricing, descriptions. - Build collections and homepage merchandising; create landing pages for launches/campaigns. - Sync inventory, maintain backend organization, conduct QA before launches. **Digital Marketing Support** - Assist in managing Meta and Google paid campaigns; collaborate with partners. - Monitor and report campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, traffic quality). - Execute email and SMS campaigns (builds, flows). - Perform SEO optimisations on PDPs and collections. - Identify conversion friction, propose improvements, support retargeting and funnel optimisation. **Performance & Reporting** - Produce weekly reports on traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue. - Track growth metrics and surface actionable insights. - Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility. Required Skills - E‑commerce operations, Shopify backend proficiency. - Paid media metrics understanding (ROAS, CAC, CPA). - Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and data interpretation. - High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - Proactive, growth‑oriented attitude. - Luxury, fashion, or DTC brand exposure preferred. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience). - Relevant certifications: Shopify e‑commerce, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or comparable digital marketing credentials.
