Job Title: Systems IVV Consultant Role Summary: Deliver high‑quality systems engineering and Interface Verification & Validation (IVV) solutions for complex defence projects as a senior specialist. Own and manage designated work packages, ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, and quality objectives. Expactations: • Own assigned work packages and deliver on scope, time, and cost. • Provide subject‑matter expertise in systems engineering and IVV. • Drive technical ownership and technical lead status within the Systems discipline. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities: • Represent the Systems discipline as a senior member. • Own and manage assigned work packages. • Conduct technical reviews and contribute to IVV planning and execution. • Interface with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues. • Ensure compliance with defence industry standards and project requirements. Required Skills: • Systems engineering (requirements, architecture, analysis). • Interface Verification & Validation (IVV) methodology. • Project management fundamentals. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a technical team. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field. • Professional certifications such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent are preferred.
