Job Description
Job Title: Technical Program Manager Role Summary: Lead global, multi‑region engineering programs focused on retail technology platforms, driving enterprise‑scale AI‑augmented SDLC transformation and modernizing product delivery across cloud environments. Expectations: Deliver high‑impact technical program outcomes, coordinate executive stakeholders, architect scalable cloud-based solutions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and oversee multi‑product, cross‑region technology transformation programs; • Align with executive leaders and cross‑functional teams to define scope, timelines, and KPIs; • Manage distributed engineering organizations, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation; • Design and enforce cloud‑native architecture strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP); • Lead microservices, API, DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance best practices; • Drive AI‑assisted development and enterprise AI enablement projects; • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report status to stakeholders. Required Skills: • 8+ years of technical program management at enterprise level; • Deep expertise in retail technology domains (e‑commerce, omnichannel, order management, customer platforms); • Proven experience managing global, distributed engineering teams; • Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern microservices architecture; • Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance; • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools or enterprise AI initiatives; • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); • Professional certifications in cloud services (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
