**Job Title** Finance Manager **Role Summary** Lead the financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for Vodafone Three. Drive the translation of operational data into financial insights, support strategic decision‑making, and produce executive‑level reports and dashboards. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure financial discipline and alignment with business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate month‑end performance, forecasts, and budgets on time. - Provide actionable financial insights that influence strategic decisions. - Maintain strict financial governance and risk management across the business. - Build credibility with senior leadership and external stakeholders through clear, data‑driven storytelling. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare month‑end financial statements and variance analyses. - Develop quarterly and annual forecasts and long‑term budgeting plans. - Create executive dashboards, reports, and presentations focused on performance drivers. - Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives. - Partner with business unit heads to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. - Consolidate risks, opportunities, and performance drivers into a cohesive narrative. - Provide financial guidance to shareholders and external stakeholders. - Coach and influence cross‑functional teams on financial implications of decisions. **Required Skills** - Advanced financial planning & analysis (FP&A) expertise. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Proficient in data visualization, dashboards, and storytelling. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional collaboration. - Knowledge of industry financial metrics and KPI benchmarks. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline. - Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
