Digital Marketplace Manager
**Role Summary**
Owns and grows the US digital marketplace business, overseeing platforms such as Amazon, Faire, Goldbelly, and DoorDash. Leads cross‑functional teams and manages P&L to drive profitable sales, optimize customer experience, and expand brand presence across online ecosystems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the US P&L for all digital marketplaces; set and review financial targets, budgets, and profitability metrics.
- Lead, develop, and manage a marketplace team; coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with E‑commerce, Wholesale, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, and Logistics.
- Design and implement channel‑specific strategies, aligning brand positioning with commercial objectives and operational efficiency.
- Manage Amazon Vendor account, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display advertising.
- Plan assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions, and availability for each platform.
- Analyze performance data from Vendor Central, platform analytics, Power BI, and competitor tools; translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
- Identify and champion new platform opportunities and initiatives to accelerate sales and brand awareness.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years in digital marketplaces, e‑commerce, or B2B/B2C digital sales with proven P&L ownership.
- Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Vendor accounts; experience with Faire, Goldbelly, DoorDash, or similar marketplaces.
- Track record of driving sales growth and meeting ambitious targets in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with Vendor Central, retail analytics, Power BI, pricing/cost analysis tools.
- Leadership experience (2+ years managing a team) with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Structured problem‑solver with decisive ownership and passion for digital trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Amazon Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics) are a plus.
