**Job Title:** Director, Information Security and Technology **Role Summary:** The Director leads enterprise information security strategy, cyber‑risk management, and core IT operations for a global SaaS manufacturing technology platform. They embed security into development lifecycles, oversee incident response, ensure compliance, and drive secure adoption of AI and emerging technologies while optimizing network, cloud, and device infrastructure. **Expactations:** - Deliver a measurable, compliant security posture aligned with business goals. - Maintain uninterrupted IT services and device lifecycle processes globally. - Inspire a security‑first culture and advise senior leadership on risk mitigation. - Scale security and IT operations to support rapid product and AI innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and enforce security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF). - Manage incident response, vulnerability management, and third‑party risk. - Integrate secure SDLC/DevSecOps practices across engineering, product, and IT. - Lead cloud and SaaS security (IAM, encryption, monitoring). - Conduct security awareness training and culture initiatives. - Oversee device onboarding, refresh, and return; maintain asset inventory. - Manage global IT support, SLA compliance, and infrastructure stability. - Report security metrics and risk dashboards to senior leadership. - Champion responsible AI adoption balancing innovation and risk. **Required Skills:** - Strategic leadership and stakeholder influence across technical and business teams. - Deep knowledge of cyber‑security frameworks, cloud security, and SaaS operations. - Hands‑on incident response, vulnerability assessment, and DevSecOps execution. - Strong communication, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Change management and continuous improvement in dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 8–10 years in information security with 3+ years in leadership. - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. - Knowledge of cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) advantageous.
