Job Title: Business Analyst – Real Estate & Workplace Environment (F/H) Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end business analysis for digital transformation initiatives in real estate and workplace environments. Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, manage functional requirements, coordinate across business and technical teams, oversee functional testing, and drive change management and post‑deployment support. Required Skills: - Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience. - Proficiency in functional modeling tools (UML, BPMN, etc.). - Strong knowledge of requirement management platforms (Jira, Confluence). - Understanding of IT system architectures and integration concepts. - Experience with IET (Integrated Workplace Management Systems—GTB/GTC). - Project coordination, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills. - Functional testing ownership and change management expertise.
