Job Description

Job Title: Finance Systems Manager (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) Role Summary Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of finance systems, primarily NetSuite ERP, across a global organization. Drive integration, data integrity, and process improvement to support finance teams and external acquisitions. Expectations - Deliver end‑to‑end ERP implementations and migrations on schedule and within budget. - Maintain system availability, performance, and security, ensuring compliance with internal controls. - Mentor and empower finance and system users across regions. - Foster continuous improvement of system functionality and business processes. Key Responsibilities - Own and administer NetSuite ERP and legacy systems acquired through M&A. - Design, test, and monitor integrations between finance and non‑finance applications, resolving data flow issues. - Troubleshoot system incidents in partnership with developers, IT support, and finance stakeholders. - Document processes, configuration settings, and best‑practice guidelines. - Support internal controls by standardizing finance processes and system usage. - Lead ERP roll‑out projects for newly acquired entities, including data migration and user training. - Manage and develop the internal System Administrator, setting priorities and ensuring knowledge transfer. Required Skills - Deep knowledge of finance systems implementation and day‑to‑day operations. - Proven experience in NetSuite ERP administration and global implementation projects. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication and mentoring skills for cross‑regional teams. - Project management skills, including scope, schedule, and stakeholder management. - Ability to capture and improve processes, and deliver clear documentation. Required Education & Certifications - Post‑qualified accounting credential (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). - NetSuite certification highly desirable. - Previous experience in a public accounting or large global organization preferred.
