**Job Title**
Finance IT Project Manager (SI) – F/M
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate transformation, enhancement, and maintenance projects for financial information systems (ERP, EPM, treasury, tax, TMS) within the corporate IT organization. Serve as the primary bridge between finance operations, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure systems meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and performance goals.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to defined scope.
- Maintain high‑quality documentation and governance across all phases.
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and technological relevance of finance tools.
- Foster continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption in finance IT processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with finance stakeholders.
- Conduct needs‑gathering workshops and produce functional specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocations.
- Lead integration, upgrades, and migration activities for ERP, EPM, treasury, tax, and TMS solutions.
- Oversee system maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
- Provide and supervise end‑user support for existing finance applications.
- Coordinate internal and external development teams, ensuring alignment and quality output.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of regulatory changes and technology trends affecting finance IT.
- Report project status, metrics, and outcomes to senior management and finance leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Project management: planning, risk management, change control, stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of finance‑related IT systems (ERP, EPM, treasury, tax, TMS).
- Functional analysis and documentation (specifications, user stories, test cases).
- Experience directing cross‑functional teams and managing third‑party vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French proficiency recommended).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing finance IT projects (minimum 3–5 years).
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
