Job Description
**Job Title** Team Leader – Industrial Maintenance (Chef d’équipe F/H) **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate a maintenance team to deliver preventive and corrective interventions on production equipment, ensuring compliance with safety rules, performance targets, and client satisfaction. Operate under the center manager and play a key role in continuous improvement, motivation, and resource allocation. **Expectations** - Autonomous, proactive management of daily maintenance planning. - Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards while driving productivity. - Effective communication with team, engineering, and clients. - Continuous identification of improvement opportunities and timely action. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance operations. 2. Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and activity requirements. 3. Supervise execution, ensuring schedules and quality are met. 4. Monitor performance indicators, report deviations, and implement corrective actions. 5. Facilitate monthly coordination meetings with the center manager. 6. Escalate client needs to project or work site leaders. 7. Propose and apply adjustments or process improvements to enhance performance. 8. Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, interventions, and resources. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in industrial maintenance or similar field. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Leadership and team‑motivation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Safety‑focused mindset and problem‑solving aptitude. - Proactive and self‑driven attitude. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance. - Valid Driver’s License (Category B). - Certifications in occupational health & safety or maintenance best practices are preferred.
